Flexiboom supports multiple IoT SIM card tariff models. The price plans are only available for data services. For data services, the price plans are built either: on per MB pricing scheme OR on data bundles*.
*a data bundle consists of a pre-defined monthly consumption, such as you purchased a 2GB 30-day data plan, you still have 300MB left, and the 300MB will be cleared and will not be reserved for the next month.

“FAQ”
1. Expiration date.
As you are on the test plan, the expiration date is 30 days from activation. The new plan starts when your current plan is used up or expired.
2. Reloading.
FLEXIBOOM doesn’t renew automatically to keep your property safe.
Renewal is just on the same SIM card and you don’t need to change the card.
3. Why can’t I purchase plans?
Check your payment detils are correct or change cards.
4. How long will the service be restored after renewal?
Just wait a few minutes and it will work, if not, restart your device.
NOTE: To avoid the service interruptions, we suggestion you reload your data plan before your current plan expires.
5. Unable to connect to the network
a.) Check whether the SIM card has data (if not, the SIM card will continue to work after renewal)
b.) Check whether the device has power and whether the antenna is connected.
c.) Make sure the SIM card is inserted in the correct direction
d.) Reset the device and take it outdoors to try.
e.)Check APN settings and make sure data roaming is turned on.

I use this SIM card in a solar-panel powered Reolink camera to monitor a construction site that does not have wifi there yet. It is simple to install and use without having to activate separately and assigning the SIM card a password, etc. It is literally plug and play straight out of the packaging. I purchased a KEEN Ranger PT camera for deer hunting season in order to have both photos and video sent to my phone with cellular data. We live 3 miles from where we hunt. Finding a reasonable priced SIM card and data plan was a long process. This SIM card rocks. Before this card – I went to AT&T store 3 times to get their card to work and it never did. They charged me and then reimbursed me 50 dollars for one month. Flexiboom data plan is very reasonable for someone who just wants to watch deer. I now have it hooked up in our backyard so I can still see the deer in the neighbors field. I love checking the camera every morning for last nights events.
