Flexiboom supports multiple IoT SIM card tariff models. The price plans are only available for data services. For data services, the price plans are built either: on per MB pricing scheme OR on data bundles*.

*a data bundle consists of a pre-defined monthly consumption, such as you purchased a 2GB 30-day data plan, you still have 300MB left, and the 300MB will be cleared and will not be reserved for the next month.

“FAQ”
1. Expiration date.
As you are on the test plan, the expiration date is 30 days from activation. The new plan starts when your current plan is used up or expired.
2. Reloading.
FLEXIBOOM doesn’t renew automatically to keep your property safe.
Renewal is just on the same SIM card and you don’t need to change the card.
3. Why can’t I purchase plans?
Check your payment detils are correct or change cards.
4. How long will the service be restored after renewal?
Just wait a few minutes and it will work, if not, restart your device.
NOTE: To avoid the service interruptions, we suggestion you reload your data plan before your current plan expires.
5. Unable to connect to the network
a.) Check whether the SIM card has data (if not, the SIM card will continue to work after renewal)
b.) Check whether the device has power and whether the antenna is connected.
c.) Make sure the SIM card is inserted in the correct direction
d.) Reset the device and take it outdoors to try.
e.)Check APN settings and make sure data roaming is turned on.

    I am not good with tech stuff! I wanted a plan where i could walk into a store and walk out with my new solar camera set up for me. That exists but it’s not cheap. So I thought I’d try this since it’s returnable if I didn’t like it. I LIKE IT. I watched a YouTube video about changing the SIM card (it was easy) and I fired up my camera. It works great and it was EASY! Prepaid for 6 months so no bill to worry about. If it continues to work well I’ll buy the year plan and be done with it.

    I live in a good sized city and have no problems with dropped calls or connectivity. If you live in a remote area I don’t know how this, or any, cell service works. But FLEXIBOOM works great for me and I’m glad I got it.

    I was originally a T-Mobile customer and then was forced to become a Flexiboom customer. I have been very happy I did. Good service from remote locations to higher populated areas.

    Plus the plans are so much more affordable than the main carriers. Very easy to install and the switching from T-Mobile to Flexiboom happened in under 10 minutes. Think I will be a Flexiboomer for along time, Thank you and keep up the good work. 🙂

    I switched from AT&T to Flexibopm. I was paying 3 times as much with my old carrier for less services. You have the option to pay for the entire year and never ever have to worry about seeing a bill. I have had zero problems with Flexibom.

    I am now in my second year. They have very affordable plans , very very affordable. I believe they use the T-Mobile tower system so you will always have good coverage. Anyhow, this is easy decision for people who want a great carrier at very very reasonable prices. The lowest prices I have seen for the highest quality service.

    I inserted the card into the device and was up and running in just a few minutes.
