Flexiboom supports multiple IoT SIM card tariff models. The price plans are only available for data services. For data services, the price plans are built either: on per MB pricing scheme OR on data bundles*.

*a data bundle consists of a pre-defined monthly consumption, such as you purchased a 2GB 30-day data plan, you still have 300MB left, and the 300MB will be cleared and will not be reserved for the next month.

“FAQ”
1. Expiration date.
As you are on the test plan, the expiration date is 30 days from activation. The new plan starts when your current plan is used up or expired.
2. Reloading.
FLEXIBOOM doesn’t renew automatically to keep your property safe.
Renewal is just on the same SIM card and you don’t need to change the card.
3. Why can’t I purchase plans?
Check your payment detils are correct or change cards.
4. How long will the service be restored after renewal?
Just wait a few minutes and it will work, if not, restart your device.
NOTE: To avoid the service interruptions, we suggestion you reload your data plan before your current plan expires.
5. Unable to connect to the network
a.) Check whether the SIM card has data (if not, the SIM card will continue to work after renewal)
b.) Check whether the device has power and whether the antenna is connected.
c.) Make sure the SIM card is inserted in the correct direction
d.) Reset the device and take it outdoors to try.
e.)Check APN settings and make sure data roaming is turned on.

    Flexiboom uses the now combined T-Mobile and AT&T network to provide 4G coverage to your device. I live in the Texas Area where T-Mobile has built a great network, and therefore Flexiboom has great service. I did the 3 month data plan for $10/month. I liked it so much I decided to purchase a full year of service for $99.99 = $8.3/month for a whole year.

    Got this during Flexiboom’s promotion for buying a.3, 6, or 12 month plan. Was super easy to install, just followed 3 quick, easy steps, and stuck the sim card they sent me into the reolink camera and it started working instantly.
    I didn’t have to restart the camera or register anything, just started working.

    The price and the amazing customer service, I’m perfectly fine with that! Where I live, no provider seems to be super fast and completely clear, it’s a remote area. When in town, however, it works excellent. Even in places I couldn’t get service with other providers.
    So happy with this company!!!

    You do pay in advance, but that wasn’t a deal breaker for me. I like to know that there’s no hidden fees waiting to magically appear. I wanted to test it for 3months first but I’m already sure that I’ll be signing up for the 12-mo deal.

    Now I’m still going to give 5 stars even though there was a hiccup with activation. I ordered 3. 1 was activated fine, 1 still coming, and 1 had an “SIM card is not recognised”. I’m still giving 5 stars because the tech support helped me and fixed the problem right away, no returns or any difficulties, they just made it work. The set up was fast and easy and data worked within a few minutes.

    I love flexiboom but was very frustrated by the misleading coverage claimed. The coverage which the website (and T-Mobile) say is good in my area, only to find out that it isn’t available, at least not in the areas I need it.
    Having said that, I don’t think any other cell provide is any better.

    After using 6GB it would stop working, no email notification received so I gave 4 stars …… As this SIM card is on a 3 month plan, you need to renew your plan in time to ensure your camera doesn’t fail to connect.
