FLEXIBOOM SIM CARDS & SETTINGS

Yes, you need to setup a new APN to connect our SIM cards to the network.

Our APN settings are:
APN: flexiboom
Username: (empty)
Password: (empty)

Note: Reolink cameras can be used directly without APN settings.

To make our IoT sim cards work properly you should turn on the data roaming functionality. This will not be required on all kinds of devices. But to be sure, please check your device manual.

FLEXIBOOM IoT SIM card is data only, does not support voice and SMS services.

Any unlocked device that has a SIM card slot will most likely work with FLEXIBOOM. Between our two networks, we support a wide variety of mobile phones, tablets, PCs, watches, pet trackers, security cameras, trail and game cameras for hunting, 4G routers, GPS devices, car locators and more.

Both of our networks can provide 4G LTE connectivity to your device, as long as your device is 4G LTE compatible and there is coverage in your area.

SIM SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Orders placed on the official website of FLEXIBOOM:
3-7 business days delivery in the US, shipping from the US.

Note: Orders to remote areas would take a little longer to be delivered. Please note that the delivery time depends on the address specified for the order.

Any delivery date given by us is our best estimate only, and Flexiboom cannot be held liable for any loss or damage suffered by you due to any reasonable or unavoidable delay in the delivery of your order.

It’s $1-3 shipping fee on all orders to the countries.

The total sum listed in checkout is only the money you need to pay for the product(s).

For products NOT shipped from the local warehouses (the recipient’s address and the shipping warehouse are not in the same area or not in the same country) and without any customs fees declaration, we do NOT be held responsible for any duties, taxes (including VAT) and brokerage fees (if need be). These charges are recipient’s responsibility.

For orders shipped to these remote areas listed before, you, the buyer, may have to pay customs duties.

Your order can be tracked after email confirmation has been sent to you.

You can check your order easily via the online tracking page or USPS official website.

All orders will be dispatched within two business days. Please refer to the specific estimated shipping date for the pre-orders item(s).

Please ensure your address details are correct as once the parcel is on its way we cannot re-direct it. All orders will only be dispatched to the address given at the checkout. It is your responsibility to check and verify. Should any loss be incurred due to the input of an incorrect address or a fraudulent transaction, you will be held responsible as the sole bearer of the pecuniary loss.

Note: Please do not enter any PO Box address, which your package can’t be dispatched to by any express.

Normally the orders that have been shipped out (you have received the tracking number or your order status is completed) cannot be cancelled. If you have to refuse delivery after the package is dispatched from Flexiboom due to force majeure, you are subject to the return and refund policies and must pay for the original shipping charges, which will be deducted from your refund.

When the goods are delivered you are responsible for checking that the order is complete and un-damaged. You should check the goods carefully for any visible damage and the contents if possible before you accept the delivery. Should there be any damage to the goods at the point of delivery, you have right to refuse the goods and let the delivery person know the reason(s) of refusal. Alternatively you may sign for the goods as ‘UNCHECKED’ at the time of accepting delivery, you meanwhile accept that the order is completed.

Following a successful transaction you will be notified when your order has been dispatched and provided with a tracking number, if you do not receive a tracking number within 48 hours of completing your purchase, we ask that you first check your email “Junk/Spam” folder and then contact us.

Common Reasons for Payment Issues

Please try the solutions below according to your own payment problems.

If you still have problems on payment, please reach our team by e-mail and get back to you soon.

Cause 1: You may have inadvertently exceeded your credit card maximum sum limit.
Solution: Please check your credit card account’s maximum sum from your issue bank.

Cause 2: The credit card number provided is invalid.
Solution: Double check the credit card information you have entered.

Cause 3: The credit card provided has expired or has insufficient funds.
Solution: If this is the case, you should contact your bank for additional assistance.

Cause 4: The payment has been declined by your credit card issue bank.
Solution: You need to contact your credit card issue bank for assistance.

Cause 5: The credit card provided has not been approved for recurring payment.
Solution: For more information on why the payment has failed, please contact your bank or credit card companies and update your payment method accordingly.

Cause 6: Your account is mistakenly considered as spam or fraud by your credit card issue bank.
Solution: Please contact your issue bank to lift the misjudgment.

Cause 7: The card issuer sees a charge that doesn’t fit your normal spending patterns and blocks the transaction to protect you.
Solution: You should contact your issue bank to solve this problem.

Cause 8: Some credit cards have limits for the maximum sum that can be withdrawn in a single transaction. If you are purchasing many products at once, this can be a reason for the payment to fail.
Solution: In such case you can contact our Sales Manager via e-mail to receive different links to pay for the desired products separately.

Return & Refund Policy

If the Flexiboom product that you purchased directly from Flexiboom does not meet your satisfaction or does not apply to your installation application, but was not defective, we call such product as “unwanted product”.

You may return the unwanted product (Product for Refund) to Flexiboom for a full refund or replacement within 7 days of the delivery date unless otherwise specified in the products’ listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip. You are responsible for the shipping fees. Beyond the end of those 7 days, refund and exchanges for unwanted product are not available.

If the product is defective (non-manmade) when you receive it, within 7 days of delivery, you can return to Flexiboom and get a full refund or replacement. Flexiboom are responsible for all shipping fees.

If the product is manmade defective, refund is not available.

Important: For a manmade defective Flexiboom Certified Refurbished Product, replacement is acceptable, but you have to bear any fees due to that.

Please contact our mailbox. Then ship the product in original packaging to the address we provided. We will process your refund and automatically apply a credit to the credit card associated to your original order. Please allow 7-15 business days for credit to clear .
